43,284 persons vaccinated against COVID-19

COVID-19 vaccines were administered to 43,284 persons on Sunday and 78.07% of the population had received at least one vaccine dose as of Saturday.

Our World in Data states that 65.17% of the population has received the second dose as well.

According to the Epidemiology Unit, 16,788,517 persons have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 14,015,145 persons have received the second vaccine dose.

The booster dose has been administered to 5,777,838 persons. This includes 39,772 persons vaccinated on Sunday.

The first dose of Pfizer was administered to 1,156 persons on Sunday and 1,411 persons received the second dose of the vaccine. In total, the first dose of Pfizer has been administered to 2,347,921 persons and the second dose has been administered to 599,360 persons.

The first dose of Sinopharm was administered to 408 persons on Sunday and the second dose of the vaccine was administered to 537 persons. The Epidemiology Unit states that 11,997,054 persons have received the first dose of Sinopharm and 11,054,019 persons have received the second dose. The first dose of AstraZeneca has been administered to 1,479,631 persons and the second dose has been administered to 1,418,593 persons.

According to the Epidemiology Unit, 804,801 persons have received the first dose of Moderna and 787,361 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine. The first dose of Sputnik V has been administered to 159,110 persons and the second dose has been administered to 155,812 persons.
