The Epidemiology Unit states that 26,697 persons received the first dose of Sinopharm and 1,612 persons received the second dose of AstraZeneca yesterday.

At present, 267,077 of the 925,242 persons who received the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine have been fully vaccinated in Sri Lanka. Both doses of Sinopharm have been administered to 2,435 Chinese nationals working in Sri Lanka. A total of 375,316 persons have received the first dose of Sinopharm and 14,699 persons have received the first dose of the Sputnik V vaccine.
