25,159 persons vaccinated against COVID-19 on Thursday

COVID-19 vaccines were administered to a total of 25,159 persons on Thursday.

According to the Epidemiology Unit, a total of 15,919,195 persons have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine to date and 13,725,136 persons have received the second dose.

A total of 668 persons received the first dose of Pfizer, and 763 persons received the second dose of Pfizer on Thursday. In total, the first dose of the vaccine has been administered to 1,534,818 persons and the second dose has been administered to 457,022 persons.

The first dose of Sinopharm has been administered to 11,940,835 persons and 10,910,955 persons have received the second dose. On Thursday, 321 persons received the first dose of Sinopharm and 1,081 persons received the second dose. A total of 20 persons received the second dose of Moderna on Thursday and a total of 782,770 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine to date. The first dose of Moderna has been administered to 804,801 persons.

The first dose of AstraZeneca has been administered to 1,479,631 persons and the second dose has been administered to 1,418,593 persons.

The Epidemiology Unit states that 159,110 persons have received the first dose of Sputnik V and 155,796 persons have received the second dose of Sputnik V.

Of the country’s population, 101.7% has received the first vaccine dose and 93.9% has received the second vaccine dose.
