18 COVID-19 fatalities confirmed

Eighteen COVID-19 fatalities were confirmed on Monday, raising the country’s COVID-19 death toll to 14,346.

The COVID-19 fatalities confirmed on Monday include 11 persons over 60 years and seven persons between 30 and 59 years. Zero deaths were confirmed from the under-30 age group.

According to the Epidemiology Unit, 76.57% of the total COVID-19 fatalities are over 60 years, 22.25% are between 30 and 59 years, and 1.18% are below 30 years.

Of the total COVID-19 fatalities, 8,033 are male and 6,313 are female.
