129,954 persons vaccinated against COVID-19

COVID-19 vaccines were administered to 129,954 persons on Wednesday and 77.73% of the population has received at least one vaccine dose.

Our World in Data states that 64.86% of the total population has received the second dose as well.

According to the Epidemiology Unit, 16,733,188 persons have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 13,958,389 persons have received the second dose.

The booster dose has been administered to 5,468,208 persons. This includes 96,264 persons vaccinated on Wednesday.

The Epidemiology Unit states that the first dose of Pfizer was administered to 19,502 persons on Wednesday, raising the total number of persons to have received the first dose of the vaccine to 2,295,883. The second dose of Pfizer has been administered to 548,939 persons, of which 11,670 persons received the second dose on Wednesday.

On Wednesday, the first dose of Sinopharm was administered to 837 persons and the second dose was administered to 1,681 persons. In total, the first dose of Sinopharm has been administered to 11,993,763 persons and the second dose has been administered to 11,047,684 persons.

The first dose of AstraZeneca has been administered to 1,479,631 persons and the second dose has been administered to 1,418,593 persons.

A total of 804,801 persons have received the first dose of Moderna and 787,361 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine.

The first dose of Sputnik V has been administered to 159,110 persons and the second dose has been administered to 155,812 persons.
