In a continued effort to promote road safety awareness in Sri Lanka, Allianz Lanka recently concluded a large-scale islandwide sticker campaign engaging over 7,000 three-wheeler drivers across nearly 60 locations.

Three-wheeler drivers play an essential role in Sri Lanka’s daily transport network, supporting communities and livelihoods. Recognising this, Allianz Lanka designed this initiative to extend beyond awareness, creating a meaningful reminder of the importance of responsible driving and accident prevention.

At the heart of the campaign was the powerful Sinhala and Tamil message: “cSú;hg 1, wk;=rg ;s;!/வாழ்க்கைக்கு 1, விபத்துக்கு முற்றுப்புள்ளி,” a compelling call to action encouraging drivers to prioritise life and actively avoid accidents.

As part of its commitment to supporting driver communities in Sri Lanka, Allianz Lanka also offered free Accidental Death covers, for one year only, to participating drivers, providing added security and protection to those who spend long hours on the road.

By engaging drivers directly across multiple regions, the campaign successfully engaged conversations around road safety, accident prevention, and responsible driving in Sri Lanka. Each sticker placed served as a constant visual reminder of the value of life and the importance of making safer choices on the road.

Through initiatives like this, Allianz Lanka continues to strengthen its role beyond insurance, actively promoting safety awareness in Sri Lanka, supporting everyday drivers, and contributing to safer roads for all.
