The Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), the apex body for marketing in Sri Lanka, has announced the successful closure of entries for the SLIM National Sales Awards (NSA) 2025. This year’s competition generated over 1,200 submissions, underscoring the growing recognition of sales forces across the country.
This year’s theme for the prestigious competition is ‘Ambassadors of Sales: The Force Behind the Figures.’ The NSA 2025 is set to highlight and recognise sales individuals who are the driving force behind the strategic success of organisations across multiple industries.
The NSA 2025 also features a number of enhanced categories and expanded industry participation. This reflects the dynamic nature of today’s sales environment. The SLIM remains deeply committed to recognising outstanding achievements and setting new benchmarks for professionalism and impact in the sales fraternity. A panel led by respected industry leaders will commence the judging of the competition during the first week of September. The evaluation process has been well-established and is transparent, having evolved over the course of two decades. The NSA continues to be one of the most prestigious, credible, and career defining platforms for recognition in Sri Lanka.
Recognition in sales is not just about rewarding individuals; it plays a pivotal role in advancing industry standards and fostering continuous professional development. The SLIM has noted the increase in participation from female professionals, reflecting a broader shift towards a much more inclusive representation and management.
As the anticipation for what will be an inspiring competition and impactful awards night builds, the SLIM urges the business community to celebrate their sales forces, as they are truly the driving force behind the growth of the business.
