Sales leaders of HNB Assurance who successfully completed the Certified Sales Manager Program
HNB Assurance recently celebrated the successful completion of the Certified Sales Manager Program, conducted in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), marking a significant milestone in the professional development of its sales leadership team.
Initiated for the sales management of the Partnership Channel of HNB Assurance, this program stands as the first initiative of its kind within the insurance industry, where Sales Managers were formally certified under a structured professional framework designed to enhance leadership, strategic thinking, and advanced sales capabilities.
The initiative reflects HNB Assurance’s ongoing commitment to investing in its people by equipping them with globally recognised knowledge and professional credentials that strengthen both individual growth and organisational excellence.
