CDB bags 5 accolades at SLIM NASCO Awards 2019

Citizens Development Business Finance PLC (CDB) emerged as winners with flying colours at the SLIM NASCO Awards 2019. Team CDB bagged five awards under the Industry Category of Financial Service provider. Organised by the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) for the 19th consecutive year, the event focuses on recognising the efforts and performances of sales personnel who have showcased outstanding performance across 22 different business sectors.

Competing against 700 contestants, the CDB sales team emerged champions winning five out of the six award categories. Branch Manager, Malith Fernando won Gold under the Sales Supervisors/Sales Executives category, Customer Service Officer, Dilshara Jayakodi won Gold under the Front Liner category. Bandula Kumara, Senior Manager – Business Development won Silver under the Territory Manager category, Krishan Manoj Kumara, Marketing Executive Personal Loans won Silver under the Front Liner category and Dhameshi Perera, Customer Service Officer won a merit award under the Front Liner Category respectively.
