Deputy Minister Eran Wickramaratne speaks at TMC

The Management Club welcomed Deputy Minister Eran Wickramaratne to their midst to speak at their last Wednesday of the Month ‘Members Meet’ program which commenced at 7:45 p.m., slightly behind schedule. President Emeritus Fayaz Saleem welcomed the Minister, Members and their guests and introduced the Minister as a reputed banking professional who gave up his lucrative career to commence his political life in order that he may serve the country. After a few more words of accolade to introduce Deputy Minister, Saleem invited the Minister to make his presentation.

The Minister’s talk on good governance and good corporate practices was indeed interesting and inspiring; his thoughts expressed both through his brief experience in politics and in his professional life made his presentation even more credible. His presentation was concluded at 8:30 p.m. after which the Minister participated in fellowship with the Members and their guests at the Lobby of the Galadari Hotel.
