TMC eagerly awaits economic situation to improve

• To bring back in-person meetings – ‘The Way Forward’, Members Meet’ and ‘Members Speak’

The prevailing situation in the country, particularly in respect to the short supply of fuel, has dissuaded many from travelling and attending such events, and even executive committee meetings! Virtual meetings have become the order of the day, with many corporates, associations and institutes having many or most of their meetings on Zoom/MSTeam. Corporates have also been having their preliminary interviews with candidates on Zoom, leaving the final interview to be held physically... One to one. No doubt, this approach may continue for some time, thereby saving on senior management’s travel times, and indeed, assisting candidates too, to overcome their transport issues as a result of fuel shortages. TMC, however has begun to prepare the groundwork to recommence the events under the series... ‘Way Forward’,’ Members Meet’ and ‘Members Speak’.
