TMC Colombo welcomes new members in its journey towards 20 years

The Management Club Colombo welcomes all management professionals in the country to join hands as members to the esteemed membership of TMC Colombo; a club with tradition that is going towards 20 years of excellence.

The Management Club Colombo Chairman and Hemas Capital Hospitals Director/GM Dr. Pradeep Edward said this was a good opportunity for managers of all levels to exchange knowledge and develop new networks. He said being a member of the Colombo Club provided you the opportunity to use the facility of two board rooms and meeting area for business meetings and gatherings at the Galadari Hotel Colombo, and that members would have the privilege of enjoying discounts up to 20% when using the facilities such as food and beverage, gymnasium, laundry, and much more. 

The Management Club also plans to conduct some exciting events in the year 2022 such as Members Speak events, business forums and networking events, and will provide all members to participate in various committees and meet top corporate leaders.  “Amidst all obstacles, the club managed to conduct some timely and relevant events in the year 2021 that contributed to the management fraternity. And I take this opportunity to also invite new sponsors and well-wishers who wish to partner TMC in management events and CSRs programmes to make a better Sri Lanka,” he said.  The vision of TMC is to bring together professional managers in order that they may interact with one another within, develop their potential management, leadership and business skills to the fullest and make a substantial contribution to society.

Its objectives are to provide an opportunity for the growing population of professional managers to meet and greet regularly through interactive programs of value and worth meant to infuse, sharpen and develop managerial, leadership and business skills beneficial to its members all year round through management presentations and other fora, to provide an acceptable, congenial venue for members and their families to mingle with exclusive access and use of certain facilities free or at discounted rates.

The Management Club (TMC) is a not-for-profit limited liability company acting as a holding company which extends its franchise to different clubs across the country or other committees. It has a structure comprising a President nominated by TMC, three Vice Presidents nominated by the Chartered Management Institute and six Vice Presidents nominated by the President. The President is allowed to select six Vice Presidents to perform more functional roles within TMC.
