TMC Board of Management, Colombo and Mt. Lavinia AGMs on 31 Aug.

The long delayed AGMs of TMC’s Board of Management, together with TMC Colombo and Mount Lavinia will be held at the Galadari Hotel on 31 August commencing at 6 p.m. followed by TMC Colombo at 6:30 p.m. and Mount Lavinia at 7 p.m. Refreshments will be served around 7:30 p.m. Since three AGMs were to be conducted on the same evening it was decided to have ‘in person’ AGMs, as it would create an opportunity for the members to meet each other in person after several months.

The country has undergone a major pandemic, closely followed by economic strife, resulting in, among many issues, the short supply of fuel which restricted travel. At the time of writing, there appears to be some relief in the availability of fuel, therefore the AGMs would be held in person on 31 August.
