Probable inauguration of two new “Management Clubs” in early 2024

We are delighted to announce the potential inauguration of two new Management Clubs in Sri Lanka, expanding the legacy of The Management Club (TMC) initiated by Fayaz Saleem in 2002. The anticipated dates for the inauguration are late January 2024 for TMC Moratuwa, followed by the possibility of a late February inauguration for TMC Kandy. Although membership is by invitation, Managers residing in Moratuwa or Kandy, academically or professionally qualified with three years in Management or without such qualifications but with five years of managerial experience may inquire about membership via email: [email protected] / [email protected] or call TMC Secretariat on 0112 544544 at the Galadari Hotel.

Over the past two decades, TMC has flourished uniting managers across diverse disciplines through their six clubs in Colombo, Mount Lavinia, Negombo, Kalutara, Wattala, and Jaffna. As part of our continuous commitment to fostering professional growth and networking opportunities, we are in the process of reconstituting two of our existing clubs, Wattala and Kalutara, to further elevate their essence and purpose.

The core idea behind TMC remains an unparalleled initiative aimed at providing a common ground for managers from various backgrounds to converge, interact, and elevate their interpersonal skills. This platform enables them to expand their networks, fostering collaborative growth and professional development.

The Board of Management is committed to advancing this unique concept by establishing clubs in key cities across the country, promoting unity and synergy among managerial professionals.
