Rasika P. Hirimuthugoda

Rasika encompasses over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare industry and has held numerous leadership roles in sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs. He has been with Darley Butler and Company Ltd., since the inception of the Healthcare Division, and currently serves as the CEO and also as a Director of Darley Butler and Company Ltd.

Rasika is qualified with a Pg Dip. Appl Fin (Uni. J’Pura), PgDMB, EDBA, and is professionally qualified as a Pharmacist (Uni. Col.).

Besides that, Rasika is the Treasurer of the Sri Lanka Chamber of the Pharmaceutical Industry and a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Sri Lanka.

Ruwantha Weddikkara

Ruwantha is a PMP-certified Project and Operations Manager with 15 years of professional experience across project management, operational leadership, process improvement, stakeholder coordination, technology-driven delivery, and strategic business growth. He has worked in Sri Lanka and in the United States where he has supported construction-related consultancy operations, development management, procurement and project management services through Qserve.

He has a strong project-management background with experience in project programming, stakeholder coordination, meeting management, budget and reporting controls, agile delivery frameworks, risk and process improvement, client coordination, and multidisciplinary team leadership. His experience also includes involvement with major development and construction-related projects, including the proposed Sabaragamuwa Medical Faculty and the proposed Inter Continental Sri Lanka in Colombo, together with leadership responsibilities in corporate operations and project delivery systems.
