  • An event organised by CIMA, TMC, CMI, and Daily FT

The new work world needs new competencies and skills. Established decade-long work cultures are undergoing significant transformations creating changed organisations – that are stronger and yet, nimble. Chairpersons, directors, C-Suites and senior management including HR heads, need to be cognisant of the changes sweeping locally and globally in terms of work trends in order to create organisations that can adapt and thrive in such times.

Today’s leaders must deal with multi generations of employees who themselves are facing a changed world. It is not just enough to train our employees, but we need to understand and motivate them towards achieving their own success as well as the overall organisational objectives. Some organisations would yet be working with remote workers and some with employees hesitant to return to work – thus being a part of the great resignation wave. At such times, learning, skills, and career pathways will become business critical. Hybrid work will evolve. Coaching will be the way forward to develop powerskills in people. Hiring, learning and working will all change.

CIMA along with TMC, CMI and Daily FT, has organised a workshop for the above audience focusing on best practices in the new work world with regard to changed organisation cultures. The session will have a keynote address and several areas of interactive discussions and intends to help leaders and managers to tide over these exceptional times making the most of the valuable resources they have within the organisations mainly their employees.

The session will have reputed speakers who are industry experts covering themes such as

  • Enabling hybrid work settings
  • Best practices in organisations – with views from MNCs and local companies
  • Reskilling employees towards creating success for themselves and their organisations
  • Diversity and inclusion initiatives bringing tangible business success
  • Focus on mental wellbeing

This would be a great opportunity for the leaders to understand and implement best practices in their organisations. The session will be held on 22 March at 6 p.m. onwards at Hotel Galadari. For registration and enquiries please contact [email protected] or 0757903410.

Yet another event to coincide with the 20th anniversary of The Management Club.
