With the dawn of a new year, Brand Ambassador Mr. England 2015 Christopher Bramell is taking Sri Lanka’s international brand, Envoy London,  to new heights by offering a clientele in England, an exclusive, made-to-measure and bespoke menswear collection including an array of casual and formal fashion staples, ceremonial wear and accessories.

“We have always been committed to taking local menswear to the international fashion arena and having Bramell propel this brand enabled us to truly put Sri Lankan menswear on the global fashion map,” said Hameedia Managing Director Fouzul Hameed.

“The premier brand of Hameedia, Envoy London is intended for the individual who wants to make an impression and set himself apart from the ordinary. Made using the finest fabrics and superior craftsmanship, Envoy London embodies the definition of sartorial excellence and is the first local menswear brand to venture overseas with local resources,” Hameed added.

Envoy London recently provided the finalists of the Mr. England competition with stylish, specially-designed attire for the grand finale of the pageant, which took place in Coventry, United Kingdom. For the finale, Mr. England finalists took to the runway in a range of exquisitely designed ceremonial suits from the Envoy London collection which featured three unique looks and styles.

Christopher Bramell was also gifted a versatile collection from the premium brand Envoy London during his visit to Sri Lanka recently. He mentioned his initial scepticism about being tailored by a Sri Lankan brand but his worries were eventually unfounded. “We didn’t know what to expect and then we went for measurements. At first we were a bit worried but then when we were getting our suits it was the best experience ever. We loved the style and it’s a really, really great brand. It was an amazing brand to wear for Mr. England and I would like for it to be available for Mr. World as well.”

Envoy London goes on record as being the first Sri Lankan menswear brand to dress international celebrities. Prior to Mr. England 2015 Christopher Bramell was English reality TV show personality, fashion photographer, author, spokesperson, filmmaker, and former model Nigel Barker.

Envoy London also recently presented the Concept Show ‘Envoy Concept 2017’ in Colombo. This was the fourth edition of the show held under the theme ‘infini8’ and featured all of the latest local and global fashion trends and styles in the menswear category that are forecast for 2017. ‘Envoy Concept’ is the only showcase of its kind in Sri Lanka and the entire event was produced according to the highest international standards. Conceptualised by Fouzul Hameed the ‘Envoy Concept’ show has become the country’s most anticipated menswear fashion showcase and is heralded as a top high fashion and lifestyle event, which presents complete and comprehensive clothing solutions for men.
