Hybrid Homes unveils new Chalet unit at RCGC

Hybrid Homes recently unveiled the Hybrid Chalet, one of its latest solutions leisure products at the Royal Colombo Golf Club in parallel to the Hybrid Homes Golf Tournament that concluded on 7 September 2013. Speaking on the newest addition of the Hybrid Chalet to an already famous product range of Hybrid Homes, Managing Director of Hybrid Homes Dharshana Fernando said that the new chalet unit could be either used as a small bungalow or holiday home at an estate or land and could be designed to meet any exact requirement. Simply, hybrid chalet is a holiday home and a retreat given fast developing Sri Lanka’s busy lifestyles. The Hybrid Chalet comes with an area of 320 square feet and units are available with a range of facilities such as open veranda, bedroom, bathroom and mini pantry. “Depending on the requirements of a holiday home seeker, our design engineers could provide tailor made designs for your ideal holiday retreat,” Fernando said. Chalets developed by Hybrid Homes are eco-friendly and start from Rs.1.3 million. Fernando noted that the company also offers home owners the ability to reduce their energy bills by nearly 30%-40% per month with the optional of a SolSpectrum Solar System that would start from Rs. 350,000 per unit. Fernando explained that hybrid homes have now become a commodity of globalisation as the self-sustainable and breaking new ground in the developing Sri Lanka as homes for the rich, houses for the emerging middle class, hotel rooms for travellers, hospital facilities for patients, as disaster shelters, shops, showroom, offices and other facilities. “We are proud to say that Hybrid Homes is transforming the lives of Sri Lankans who seek their own home at an affordable price with a long life span for what they put in as investments to build their own home,” Fernando added.
