Hilton Colombo’s Colonial style Echelon Pub will be making the best classic and contemporary burgers for one month starting 4 June from 11 a.m. to midnight. Pub revellers could enjoy the games whilst tucking into their favourite gourmet burger!

A variety of burgers; Double Cheese Bacon Burger, Chilli Burger, Almighty Burger are some of the juicy Classic American Burgers which will be served with a complimentary mug of froth. Lamb Coriander and Mint Burger, Chicken Fillet Tikka Burger, Grilled Halloumi & Mushroom Burger are a few contemporary burgers which come with a complimentary glass of red wine. The Eggplant and Goat Cheese Burger is specially designed for vegetarians. All these gourmet classics are prepared by the hotel’s creative kitchen brigade.
