Each individual is special and their unique palettes are catered to at the Easter Brunch at Latitude by their impressive mains which includes breast of lamb, turkey, red tuna steak, beef tenderloin, barramundi and many more. 

Easter appetiser table will offer salted lamb and fennel salads, prawn and avocado, Bavarian potato salads, lobster cocktail, garden greens, Easter colored rainbow eggs, mushroom salads with walnuts and dressings, while the Maryland seafood corner will offer crabs, cuttlefish, snapper and grilled prawns. With over 25 varieties, the desserts are simply divine! The tempting delicacies are specially prepared for those who crave sweet things. A special assortment Easter Goodies, chocolates and pralines are available for the chocolate lovers. 

 The children will be able to specially enjoy Easter Egg Hunting and many more games during the Easter Brunch with cartoon characters.
