Cinnamon Lakeside reaches national cocktail competition finals

The hotel boasts the highest number of participants to qualify for the finals

Three talented youngsters from the Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo team will go through to represent the hotel at the Colombo Region Marie Brizard and Skyy vodka cocktail competition. With all three of its entrants being selected, the hotel boasts the highest number of participants to reach the all important finals of the island wide competition.

The semi finals held on 29 June 2012 at the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management saw Yoshitha Niranjan selected in the flaring category and Dinusha Vilashani and Chandika Thilakarathna go through in the classical category.

Impressing judges with their unique cocktails and technique, the participants are looking to go one step further by wowing the judges with their latest creations to claim the prize at the finals and the three hopefuls aim to carry on as successfully in the finals of the competition which will be held on 15 July.
