Cinnamon Lakeside heralds in the Season with unique Cake Mixing Ceremony

Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo ushered in the festive season with a unique twist on the age-old tradition of cake mixing. 

The award-winning culinary team created a slide-like apparatus which served as the starting point for all the brightly-coloured barrels of fruit and nuts to be emptied. 

They all then cascaded down the slide to a large barrel at the bottom of the slide where the rest of the ingredients were folded in using large paddles. Staff, guests, and friends joined in the festivities, while renditions of classical and modern Christmas melodies filled the air.
