Unveils “7 Days of Holiday Harmony at BW” offering

Best Western Elyon Colombo ushered in the festive spirit with its much-anticipated Traditional Christmas Cake Mixing Ceremony, held on 31 October at the scenic VU Rooftop.

General Manager Ajith Gurugalla said that this annual ritual marks the joyful beginning of the holiday season, bringing together hotel guests, media representatives, and associates in a heartwarming celebration of tradition, unity, and festive cheer.

Amid the rich aromas of dried fruits, spices, and fine spirits, participants joined in to blend the ingredients that will soon be baked into the hotel’s signature Christmas cakes — a timeless symbol of goodwill and togetherness that captures the true essence of the holidays.

This vibrant event also marked the official launch of the hotel’s “7 Days of Holiday Harmony at BW” festive calendar, which runs from 26 December 2025 to 1 January 2026.
