Signature dishes entice at Royal Thai and Long Feng

Cinnamon Lakeside introduces authentic signature dishes at Royal Thai and Long Feng this July.

This month the focus is on seafood with Chef Jason of Long Feng serving up a wok fried Hong Kong style fish laced with black bean sauce.  Influenced by traditional Cantonese cooking, the Hong Kong style black bean fish has a variety of flavourful ingredients packed into one dish.



Long Feng Chef Jason’s authentic Chinese cooking is well reviewed by international and local critiques. The restaurant offers indoor as well as outdoor dining, creating the ideal ambience for an evening with good company.
