Top class Cyprus chefs to heat up celebrations

It is going to be the most unforgettable event in Colombo and the news is spreading fast as the Hotel embarks upon a culinary journey of unimaginable excitement and festivity. All this takes place at the Coffee Shop from 7p.m. to 11p.m. from 20 to 26 September.

This majestic Cyprus Food Festival which coincides with the Cyprus National Day celebrations will come to life with two renowned Cyprus Chefs from Hilton Cyprus working their magic into the making of a sensational culinary spread. The Galadari Hotel will warmly welcome Stelios  Stylianou, Executive Sous Chef and Andreas Georgiou Executive Chef specially flown in from Hilton Cyprus to take centre stage in the culinary festivity that will set off sparks to an unforgettable celebration. In addition to this be captivated and entertained by the spellbinding performances of the guest music and dance troupe from Cyprus.

The tower of strength behind this spectacular festival is no other than Premanie Perera, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Cyprus.
