Yue Chuan serves authentic Szechuan and Cantonese dishes, prepared with much attention to flavourful detail by Chinese chefs themselves. The restaurant has aptly captured the spirit of the orient within its dull bronze walls with embossed design of cherry blossoms, traditional Chinese lanterns and soft background music. On 31 January and 1 February Yue Chuan brings to you an authentic Chinese New Year experience as a culinary delight. From Stir fried prawns with XO chilli sauce and Wok fried lamb with black pepper sauce, to the more traditional dishes would be served at the restaurant. Be there to indulge your every Chinese food fantasy as you usher in the New Year just as in China. A five course menu will be served with exotic dishes ranging from Lamb, Prawns, Cuttlefish and Pork. The set menu will be priced at Rs. 2,900 all inclusive per person at Yue Chuan from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on both days.
