Digital technology giant, Samsung Electronics, recently shifted its Customer Contact Centre to a refurbished office at the World Trade Centre. The office’s opening ceremony was attended by senior management and staff of Samsung Electronics including Samsung Electronics India - Sri Lanka Branch Office Managing Director H.K. Chang, Amazai Group CEO Omer A. Fareed and the Samsung Electronics management team and Envoy facility team. Speaking about the relocation, Chang stated: “Samsung strives to ensure that our valued consumers in Sri Lanka receive the same quality products and customer care enjoyed by our consumers across the world. We are dedicated to delivering a high quality service that is both convenient and meets the varied needs of our product users. This signature Customer Contact Centre will provide our valued consumers with a world-class service at a convenient and central location.” The Samsung Customer Contact Centre has been in operation for over a year and relocated to the World Trade Centre because it is in the heart of Colombo’s economic hub. The new location provides Samsung consumers with greater access to a fast and convenient after-sales service.  The Call Centre is managed by Envoy BPO under the supervision and guidance of Samsung while Dialog is the centre’s primary telecom solutions partner. Among other firsts, this Customer Contact Centre will be the only centre of its kind in Sri Lanka to provide total wireless solutions and the latest technological advancements under one roof. The centre will handle all Samsung customer claims, product inquires and support with technical assistance, while providing warranty and remote and email support to guarantee customer satisfaction for all Samsung product users. Samsung consumers can call the Customer Contact Centre hotline on 0117 540 540 or email [email protected] to find out more about the convenient and hassle-free services the centre has to offer.
