L.B.J. De Silva of Moratuwa was the lucky winner of the grand prize of Rs. 2 m at the year-end grand draw of Mobitel’s Cash Bonanza. Furthermore, 10 winners were offered cash prizes each worth Rs. 300,000, while 10 more pre-paid customers of Mobitel became the lucky winners of cash prizes each worth Rs. 200,000. The Cash Bonanza Draw also produced 50 lucky winners of Rs. 75,000 cash prizes and 150 winners each receiving a cash prize worth Rs.25,000.
Mobitel’s Cash Bonanza Draw continues in 2014
With the aim of expanding and continuing Cash Bonanza to further reward its customers, Mobitel’s Cash Bonanza for 2014 has been expanded to accommodate not just its pre-paid customers, but also its post-paid and broadband customers.
Intended to offer cash prizes up to an overwhelming Rs. 2.5 m, 
Cash Bonanza will run until December 2014.
The 2014 Mobitel Cash Bonanza will be held under three main stages. The daily draw will select 1,025 winners who will be awarded cash prizes up to Rs. 500, while eight winners will be selected for cash prizes worth Rs. 500,000. Quarterly prize draws will select two lucky winners, and each winner will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 2.5 m.
Mobitel’s pre-paid, post-paid and broadband customers are eligible to win a cash prize through Mobitel’s Cash Bonanza draw with every Rs. 50 cash re-charge or post-paid bill value. The cash winnings of daily draw winners will be added to their special Mobitel ‘mCash’ account which can be activated by dialling #111#.
