Etisalat Lanka makes services available at Lanka Bell business offices

In collaboration with Lanka Bell Ltd., Etisalat Lanka recently ventured into yet another strategic partnership, extending its services to existing and new customers. With over 60 Lanka Bell business offices located across the country, Etisalat customers can now experience services ranging from bill payments, reload services and purchase of both prepaid and post-paid connections with ease and convenience.39

Commenting on this partnership Etisalat Lanka Chief Executive Officer Wail Salman said, “We are pleased to have Lanka Ball as a partner in the market. Partnerships of this strategic nature are done in the best interest of our existing and potential customers to provide them with convenience and ease to access our services and together enhance our product and service availability to our customers so that they can enjoy unparalleled telecommunications experience island-wide.”  

Additionally, this partnership will further boost Lanka Bell’s presence among mobile telecom users, offering an opportunity to expand its service offering to a wider customer base and converting all Lanka Bell business offices into a convenient one stop shop.
