mGuide is an interactive voice recording service that enables customers to explore Sri Lanka through the phone by providing information on popular archaeological sites with renowned rich cultural heritage. Additionally, the service also provides information on news and events related to archaeology.
Driving greater value for the public, SLT-Mobitel has extended its mGuide services to Hutch customers, enabling greater access to explore Sri Lanka’s scenic and cultural splendour and gaining rich insights. The mGuide service will serve as a virtual tour guide for students, the public, knowledge seekers, and Tourists visiting key archaeological sites in the country. Having further improved the mGuide service, SLT-Mobitel now offers the facility in over 10 languages, and information on details of over 300 sites, in addition to current news and events.
