Empowering digital entrepreneurship islandwide, SLT-Mobitel and the Online Entrepreneurs Club of Sri Lanka (OECSL) have officially signed a strategic partnership agreement. The agreement will strengthen Sri Lanka’s growing community of digital entrepreneurs, technopreneurs, and freelancers boosting their growth potential.
