SLT- Mobitel plays a pivotal role in supporting businesses across Sri Lanka by delivering digital and AI-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency, competitiveness, and business growth.

Held on 19 February 2026, at the BMICH, ‘SmartChat Mega 2026’ brought together 500 invited SME customers from the Western Province for an immersive, hands-on digital transformation experience. The event provided participants with the opportunity to experience tailored digital and AI-based solutions first-hand, engage in personalised consultations with SLT-Mobitel’s highly experienced engineers, and gain clarity on adopting smarter, technology-enabled ways of working. Through direct expert guidance, SMEs were able to identify solutions best suited to their businesses, supporting improved efficiency, sustainable growth, and enhanced profitability.

‘SmartChat Mega 2026’ came alive with 12 dynamic stalls, each highlighting tailored business tools. Visitors explored AI for Business at the AI Hub, discovered growth opportunities at the E‑Commerce Hub, and streamlined operations at the SmartOps Hub. The SmartSpace booth featured IoT and smart office innovations, with CloudSuite demonstrating scalable cloud solutions.  

Security took centre stage at the Secure Biz stall, collaboration tools shone at Connect Hub, and entertainment with PEO TV was brought to life at Biz TV. Infrastructure needs were addressed at the ELV Zone, SMEs found guidance at the Next‑Edge Connectivity Hub and New Product showcase, with mobility packages rounding off the journey at Enterprise Mobility. All these hubs created a vibrant display of how SLT-Mobitel Enterprise technology unlocks business potential, empowering organisations to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and embrace innovative solutions that drive their digital transformation journey forward.
