MiHCM was prominently featured at the prestigious Microsoft Build 2025 event following its recent integration with Microsoft’s Azure AI Foundry Agent Service in May 2025.

This positions MiHCM as part of a cutting-edge ecosystem of third-party providers enabling HR workflows through agentic AI.

MiHCM is among the select global technology partners included in the Foundry Agent Service, which empowers AI agents to harness specialised business capabilities and data sources across industries – enabling real-world problem-solving with speed and intelligence.

Commenting on this achievement, MiHCM CEO Harsha Purasinghe said: “As HR teams adapt to increasingly dynamic workforce needs, automating processes like leave management and work tracking becomes vital. By integrating MiHCM’s action APIs with Microsoft’s Azure AI Foundry Agent Service and being showcased at Microsoft Build, we’re proud to bring intelligent, human-centred HR experiences to the global stage.”

MiHCM Chief Information Security Officer Shan Shanmugarajah added: “This milestone reinforces our commitment to security and operational excellence. Azure’s powerful AI foundation enables us to deliver automation and insights at scale – ensuring our clients benefit from secure and transformative digital HR solutions.”

In April 2025, MiHCM also earned Microsoft Solutions Partner status for Data and AI, strengthening its leadership in AI-powered digital HR and work tech solutions.
