Just In Time Group (JIT) a pioneer in the ICT landscape of Sri Lanka, has announced the appointment of three seasoned sales professionals to its Leadership team: Dilshan Rodrigo as Chief Sales Officer, Pubudu Sanjeewa as Chief Sales Strategist, and Dilruckshan Hettiarachchi as Head of Sales Strategic Accounts and BFSI. 

With an illustrious career spanning over 20 years in the technology and sales domain, Dilshan Rodrigo brings a wealth of expertise and strategic insight to the leadership team. Prior to joining JIT, he held pivotal positions such as Director at technifiQ Ltd., Country Head for Sri Lanka and Maldives at FSS, and Regional Head Emerging Markets at SAS, where he consistently drove revenue growth and fostered key client relationships. 

As VP and Country Manager for Sri Lanka and Maldives at Intellect Design Arena Ltd. and Polaris Financial Technology Ltd., he demonstrated a talent for strategic alliance-building and sales strategy execution. 

With a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape and his proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams, he will play a pivotal role in spearheading the company’s sales strategies and initiatives with innovation, agility, and commitment to driving sustainable growth.

Dilshan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Production from Annamalai University and MBA from the University of Wales.

Pubudu Sanjeewa, recently promoted to the role of Chief Sales Strategist at JIT, has been an integral part of the company since early 2017. 

Beginning as a Relationship Manager, he swiftly ascended to the position of Head of Government Sector Sales, where he spearheaded numerous successful projects. In his current capacity, Pubudu oversees a wide array of responsibilities including sales strategy development, market analysis, innovation and growth initiatives, long-term project conceptualisation, and technology identification and integration. A valued member of the leadership team, Pubudu brings a wealth of expertise to his role and he is armed with qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Lanka Institute of Business Management.

As Head of Sales – Strategic Accounts and BFSI, Dilruckshan Hettiarachchi will tap into his skills in marketing and sales strategies to strengthen relationships with key clients and drive business expansion in vital sectors. He will lead the company’s efforts in identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of their strategic accounts. 

Prior to joining the Group, Dilruckshan served in key leadership positions at leading organisations including Hitachi Digital Payment Solutions and Mobitel.

Dilrukshan holds a MSC in Data Science (UK), an MBA specialised in Project Management (UK), and MCIM (UK).
