As the company’s CEO, and a Director, Nesiah will guide KBSL’s strategic direction and work closely with the senior leadership team and the Board of Directors to ensure the company continues to deliver solutions that present exceptional value and position clients at the leading edge of technology.

“Today’s technology landscape demands agility, creativity, and a commitment to the customer’s peace of mind,” Nesiah explained. “KBSL’s brand equity, gives us an incredible platform to deliver solutions that harness artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, to create real value for our clients and partners,” he added.

Nesiah emphasises that people are at the heart of an organisation’s success. “Our people are the gears that give us traction. If we invest in their development and empower them to innovate, they will help us deliver exceptional outcomes.”

His strategic priorities at KBSL will include embedding innovation into business processes and strengthening the company’s partner ecosystem to create opportunities for clients in Sri Lanka and beyond.

“Innovation is not top-down. It is a mindset we cultivate together,” he said. “If we do not innovate, we become irrelevant. Our focus will be on creating an environment where ideas flourish, talent is nurtured, and every client engagement delivers meaningful impact.”
