DMS Software Technologies, in collaboration with Salesforce, hosted an event titled “Data Alchemy: Transforming Data into Gold” at the Celestine Ballroom, Cinnamon Life – City of Dreams. The event brought together industry leaders to explore how AI-powered analytics is transforming business decision-making.
The session began with a welcome address by DMS Software Technologies Director/ CEO Lasantha Bogoda, and Salesforce Regional Vice President / Analytics Business Subodh Kumar who highlighted the growing urgency for data-led business agility.
Salesforce Director – Solution Engineering Prashant Dutta explored how AI is enabling deeper, faster insights, making analytics more accessible and actionable across all levels of an organisation under the title “Faster, Smarter, Insight-Driven: Tableau’s AI-Powered Analytics,”
Adding to the experience, Salesforce – Tableau Solution Engineer Rehan Sheik conducted a live demo of Tableau Pulse and Agent. Tableau Pulse delivers real-time, personalised insights directly into workflows, while Agent introduces AI-driven agents that help automate decision-making across systems — boosting efficiency and intelligence at scale.
The event attracted a diverse group of business leaders from BFSI, Telco, Manufacturing, Retail, and Technology, all exploring how data and AI can drive strategic growth.
