Crayon ISV Innovation Hub empowers Sri Lanka’s Independent Software Vendors

Crayon, a global leader in IT services and innovation, successfully concluded its ISV Innovation Hub Connect event at the iconic Park Street Mews in Colombo, serving as a beacon for top Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) from Sri Lanka and the surrounding region. 

This event was a solid testament to Crayon’s strategic partnerships with Microsoft and its role in shaping the future of technology for ISVs.

Further insights were provided by Microsoft ISV Program Specialist Mohamed Infaaz and Crayon Regional Business Development Lead for Data and AI Jesse Arlen Smith focusing on Azure Open AI services and Crayon’s AI capabilities.Crayon’s strategic Global Microsoft AI partnership underscores its deep-rooted expertise in AI and its application in development, sales, and support. With its Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (MSP) certification, Crayon holds a place among a select group of global partners, demonstrating its ability to deliver significant business value with Azure. During the event, Crayon also showcased the potential of Large Language Models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT, offering tailored solutions that boost productivity and customer satisfaction. Key offerings include AI-powered contact centres, large-scale content and product description generation, and enterprise fact-based question answering powered by ChatGPT.

A range of value-added services awaits Crayon’s channel partners, including software licensing, cloud cost management, revenue stream optimisation, dedicated account managers, and best-in-class technical support.
