IPM launches its definition of HRM

The Institute of Pers-onnel Management (IPM) Sri Lanka, the nation’s premier professional body in HRM launched its own definition of Human Resource Management ceremonially at a gala event held at IPM’s ‘Members’ Lounge’ on 1 March 2014. At the outset, the justification for the definition was disclosed by the President of the Institute, Samitha Perera in the presence of Minister for Human Resources D.E.W. Gunasekera and ILO Country Director Sri Lanka and the Maldives Donglin Li.
