XpressJobs has officially partnered with the Automobile Industry Awards 2025 as the Official Recruitment Partner.
This collaboration was formalised with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Ministry of Education between Automobile Skills Council Chairman Eng. Ravith Silva and XpressJobs Representative Tyner Fernando, and Co-Founder/COO Dr. Oshadie Korale.
The Automobile Industry Awards 2025 marks the first-ever national platform dedicated to recognising excellence within Sri Lanka’s automotive sector, celebrating innovation, leadership, and outstanding achievement.
Held under the theme “Honouring Legends, Inspiring Futures,” the awards ceremony will take place on 18 December 2025 at the Temple Trees Convention Centre.
Organised by the Automobile Industry Council, endorsed by the Education Ministry, Transport Ministry and Industries and Entrepreneurship Ministry, will honour excellence across 80 award categories spanning 20 industry sectors, alongside five distinguished honorary recognitions. By showcasing only the most outstanding and visionary brands in the country, the Automobile Industry Awards 2025 represent a defining milestone in elevating the image, credibility, and prestige of Sri Lanka’s automotive industry.
“We’re proud to once again partner with XpressJobs on this landmark initiative,” said Eng. Silva. “As the pioneering recruitment partner of Sri Lanka’s automobile industry, XpressJobs has consistently demonstrated its leadership in connecting job seekers and employers through cutting-edge, AI-driven technology. Through its CV-less application system and AI-powered recruitment technology, XpressJobs has revolutionised how employers hire skilled talent, from technicians and mechanics to service advisors and sales staff. The company now aims to extend these cutting-edge tools to even the smallest players in the industry, making recruitment faster, fairer, and more efficient.
