Taj Samudra, Colombo the oasis in the city, which captivates the leisure and pleasure seeker and professional, invited all the amazing associates to yet another festive celebration on International Women’s Day, in keeping with the theme, ‘Embrace Equity’.

Marking International Women’s Day, 8 March 2023, Area Director of Sri Lanka and Maldives and General Manager Samrat Datta together with the team had special offerings to salute the lady associates of Taj Samudra last morning.

It was a fun filled day for all Taj Samudra, Colombo associates and the event was held at the Heritage Block the Crystal Building. Art and Living Foundation in Sri Lanka Program Director and Country Coordinator K.K. Ganesji and Zumba instructor Sandeep Jayson graced the occasion by organising special sessions to associates during the event. Datta said: “Moving forward, we must strive to improve the gender diversity ratio much higher at Taj Hotels in Sri Lanka and that we are blessed to have the force of our lady colleagues that makes us wiser and stronger.” He further commented that it was lovely to see the spirit of equity being celebrated with high spirits.
