H Connect International team with CPA Australia Board President and Chair Professor Dale Pinto FCPA during his official visit
H Connect International (a Hirdaramani Group venture), a leading global Business Process Management (BPM) and Outsourcing company, was honoured to welcome CPA Australia Board President and Chair Professor Dale Pinto FCPA, for an official visit. He was accompanied by the CPA Australia delegation Regional Manager – Middle East and South Asia Jatin Sharma, Business Development Manager – Emerging Markets, Global Growth Strategy Don Poh, and Business Development Manager – Sri Lanka Liaison Pramudi Nanayakkara.
The visit marks a significant milestone in H Connect International’s strategic partnership with CPA Australia, reflecting the company’s position as the first CPA Australia Recognised Employer Partner (REP) in Sri Lanka. The alliance is designed to support professional development and cultivate a workforce capable of meeting global standards in finance, accounting and operational services.
During the visit, discussions centred on the future of the accounting profession, CPA Australia’s global leadership, and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies into the CPA curriculum. The sessions emphasised the importance of producing technology-ready and adaptable professionals prepared for the evolving demands of international markets.

Professor Pinto also engaged in a townhall with H Connect International’s senior leadership, CPA Australia members, students, and operational teams, sharing insights on global business trends, the evolving accounting profession, regulatory developments, finance leadership, and organisational resilience.
