While congratulating the winners, Chairman Rohitha Mendis mentioned that each one should strive to continue to upgrade and upskill themselves for which the company provides many opportunities as we believe that integral development of the individual will result in individuals giving their best. He suggested all to be “motivated by the desire to achieve and not to beat anyone” which is his personal motto as well.
