Great Place to Work and Mastercard partner for ‘Mastering Greatness - Brains & Brawn’ event

In an exciting partnership, Great Place to Work and Mastercard are set to host ‘Mastering Greatness – Brains & Brawn,’ designed by G360 and Cherish which is an exhilarating Amazing Race-type team event that promises to engage both the intellect and physical prowess of it’s participants.

The event is open to 50 teams, each comprising five members, with a minimum of two female participants. The team roles include Captain, Driver, Navigator, Scribe, and Spotters, ensuring a diverse and collaborative approach to the challenges presented during the Amazing Race.

The ‘Mastering Greatness – Brains & Brawn’ slated to unfold on 18 February aims to foster teamwork by creating an environment that encourages collaboration and effective communication. Challenges and tasks are intricately crafted to require participants to work together seamlessly. The event will also subject participants to a series of challenges that test their problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and resource utilisation. The structure of the event is geared towards promoting quick thinking and effective execution. Lastly, recognising the importance of communication in team success, the event serves as a platform for participants to refine their communication skills under dynamic and time-sensitive conditions.
