Great Place To Work selected the 2024 Best Workplaces in Asia List by analysing workplace programs and surveying over 2.7 million employees across Asia and the Middle East, representing nearly 6.9 million employees.
To qualify, organisations must first be recognised as outstanding in their local region by appearing on one or more of the Best Workplaces Lists in countries like Bahrain, Greater China, India, and others during 2023 or early 2024.
Organisations are ranked in three categories: 100 small and medium, 70 large, and 30 multinationals. Multinationals are also evaluated on their ability to create great workplaces across multiple countries in the region. They must appear on at least two national lists in Asia and the Middle East and have at least 1,000 employees worldwide, with either 40% of their workforce or more than 5,000 employees outside their headquarters country.
