Foreign Employment Bureau officials undergo leadership training

An outdoor training program was recently held at the Kukuleganga Laya Leisure Hotel with the aim of developing the leadership and various skills of officers at the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE). The training program was organised by the SLBFE Administration and Human Resource Department. The program was based on practical activities with the goal of providing a unique experience for SLBFE officials that would be beneficial for the development of their leadership skills. The main expectation of the training was to improve the quality of the SLBFE service and make the organisation more people-friendly. The program was part of the annual training program for SLBFE officials where 80 officials participated. The remaining staff will undergo training in the coming week and thereby improve their skills for a better service to the public.
