CIPM hosts grand Diploma Awarding Ceremony celebrating excellence in HRM

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) added a touch of grandeur to the field of Human Resource Management by hosting its prestigious Diploma Awarding Ceremony on February 10, 2024, at the illustrious CIPM HR House in Narahenpita.

The event, graced by Mr Ken Vijayakumar, the esteemed President of CIPM, as the chief guest, saw a gathering of distinguished personalities. Among them was PrintXcel Packaging Ltd. Director/Chief Executive Officer Duminda Perera, who joined as the guest of honour, adding his valuable insights to the occasion. Accompanying them were members of the CIPM Executive Council and the dedicated CIPM staff, all contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the ceremony.

With more than 600 Diplomates and their proud family members in attendance, the day was marked by a spirit of celebration and accomplishment. Among the highlights was the recognition of M.G.U. Sulakshani Bandara, who was honoured as the Best Performer, exemplifies excellence in the HRM field.
