The new self-help book by Dr Asoka Jinadasa, titled “Easy ways to change your life: How to awaken the genius within you”, was launched in Sri Lanka recently prior to its global launch on Amazon.

Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest Chartered Institute of Personnel Management President Ken Vijayakumar said: “We need to integrate the empowering methods given in this book to change our daily lives.”

Guest of Honour Prof. Ajantha Dharmasiri said: “Dr Asoka joins the elite calibre of Stephen Covey, Anthony Robbins, Robin Sharma and many others in coming up with an evidence-based, tested, and proven tool kit for unleashing our inborn potential.”

In the foreword, Thinkers50 #1 Executive coach Dr. Marshall Goldsmith has said: “An exceptional guide to understanding how we form and maintain habits that hold us back, and how to break free of these cycles to create the life we want. Read this book, practice it, and watch it radically change your life.”

Many other glowing book reviews include those from award-winning #1 bestselling author Dr. David Friedman and HealthyLife.net Radio Founder Dr. Linda Mackenzie. The book has won a 5-star rating from K.C. Finn, book reviewer for Readers’ Favourite, since this book “emphasises the awesome powers that we are each born with and working to unearth them beneath the rubble of societal expectations, years of self-doubt, and that invasive anticipation of failure that prevents many of us from trying.”

Centre for Banking Studies Former Director Dr. Udeani Alawattage said: “A self-help book that awakens the dormant innate abilities of people by blending their rational mindset with higher levels of social and spiritual intelligence. A must-read handbook for behavioural modification to transform individuals and societies.”

Dr. Jinadasa said: “We need to make our daily lives leaner and less dependent on imported things by making best use of the vast expertise we have accumulated since ancient times. This book provides the necessary tools.”
