AICPA and CIMA Sri Lanka will host the SHIFT26 Summit on 10 June 2026 at Cinnamon Life, Colombo, bringing together finance professionals, business leaders, and emerging executives to address the growing complexity shaping today’s operating environment.
Against a backdrop of overlapping global challenges—including geopolitical shifts, rapid AI adoption, evolving ESG expectations, and changing workforce dynamics—the summit will focus on how finance leaders can strengthen both technical capabilities and human-centred leadership skills to navigate uncertainty and drive long-term value.
Themed “Power Skills in an AI-Driven World,” SHIFT26 is designed to move beyond diagnosis and into action — equipping participants with the human-centred capabilities that complement technological advancement. The summit runs from 7:30 a.m. through to 4:00 p.m. followed by a networking cocktail reception.
