AIA Sri Lanka joins MDRT Foundation to empower differently-abled

In a powerful display of corporate responsibility, AIA Insurance, in collaboration with the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), extended its strong support to The Shiranee Joseph de Saram Foundation, an organisation dedicated to creating opportunities and empowering individuals with disabilities in Sri Lanka. As the Premier Sponsors of MDRT, the AIA Group received this donation. With AIA Sri Lanka demonstrating the most significant growth in the number of MDRT qualifiers produced within the year 2024, the AIA Group chose AIA Sri Lanka as the recipient of the donation.

The official cheque handing-over ceremony took place recently at the AIA Head Office, in the presence of the AIA Sri Lanka Director/Chief Executive Officer Chathuri Munaweera, Chief Agency Officer Chanaka Liyanage, Shiranee Joseph de Saram Foundation Managing Director and Chair of the Board Praveena Joseph de Saram, General Manager Ranjula Senaratna Perera, several individuals representing the Shiranee Joseph de Saram Foundation and three MDRT achievers from AIA Sri Lanka.
