Drama on ‘Barawa Kumbure Siyadoris’ on 30 July at Maharagama President’s College hall

• Held at 2:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. at President’s College hall in Maharagama
• Based on a factual media report and short story by veteran journalist, poet and novelist, Denagama Siriwardena
• Created to dramatic form by Jagath Muthukumarana
• A special guest for the 6:30 p.m. drama at Maharagama President’s College hall will be farmer Siridoris upon whose life and efforts the story was based

The drama ‘Barawa Kumbure Siyadoris’ based on a factual media story by veteran Sinhala writer Denagama Siriwardena created as a drama by Jagath Muthukumarana will be staged on 30 July at 2:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. at President’s College hall in Maharagama. 

This story is based on an actual account about two decades ago of a farmer named Siridoris who created much abundance for his village, based on a selfless initiative.
